Would a -1.5 or -2.0 lens in a scuba mask lens work for me if my glasses are -1.75?

I am going to learn to scuba dive but I can't wear glasses and my eyes are not right for contacts. I have been looking at optical lens for scuba masks but they only come in .5 increments. My eye requires a -1.75 but the closest i can get is -1.5 or -2.0. If I were to get one close to it would it work well enough to dive?
