Math 20 question help?

Generally I have found that an erlynmeyer flask's markings are not to be trusted at all. They are not really consistent with each other let alone a graduated cylinder. I know that is not likely your question, but it is something to keep in mind. +/- 25 is correct, but in reality, don't trust it at all.
