How is BPO life?? should i Work in BPO sector?

Hi! i have done graduation with arts Urdu owners. i have good communication skill. after completing my graduation i worked in a eye hospital for 1 yr as a post of OT assistant, but i left the job coz of less salary. after that i faced 6 interview in BPO and 5 times i have been selected for call centre executive 2 times for international BPO and 2 times for domestic call centre and 1 more time for back office gprs tech support but i dint joine anyone of them because of 2 reason 1. salary was not so good and 2nd reason that my friends say that BPO is not a good place, there is no increment, no life in BPO but this time i really need a job and I know there is no option for me except BPO. there are so many guys here who have done Bsc It or other higher computer course but they don't have even a single job except data entry and call centre. i have just a routine graduation Pleas suggest me. should i joine BPO or not? if not then why????
