Keyboard only types incrementing numbers?

Hi there. So no matter what I do or any key I press my keyboard only types numbers starting at 0 and then incrementing by 1 until it gets to 9. So if I type "aaa" the output on the screen is "012". Num lock and Fn keys are not turned on. Reboot / different USB port does not resolve the issue. Any ideas?
