Swollen face after bug bite?

Any bite from any bug can cause an allergic reaction. You had several bites and so the reaction was worse than with one bite. I would have your parents take you to an allergist so that you can be tested. It could have been one bad experience but it's better to be safe than sorry. Your throat could have swollen as well and caused you to have difficulty breathing. Look up anaphylactic shock.
