Can a high school student get summer classes in a college?

I am a high school student and I wanna learn computer science related subjects. Is there any way i could get extra classes of computer programming just for increment in my knowledge. because im curious to learn it. I am thinking about CITI tech college is it OK? any suggestion or guidance please!
