Water damage cell phone!! Please help?

I discovered that my cell phone had water damage yesterday!! I dried it off and found out today that I had to emerge it in some rice to get the remaining water out. I can still navigate through the phone and make & receive calls, but when i speak, nobody can hear me on the other end!!! Is there anyway that my cell could be saved so that I can still use it or is it too late?? Please help. I will die without my cell!!!
