Relationship outlook help? Idk what to call it?

So I dated this guy and whenever we would hold hands or he would brush up against me or we made any physical contact, I got this like electric feeling inside, like I don't really know how to describe the feeling but it's like the blood inside of me was like running through my body and i kind of felt weak and numb. Is that normal? And what does that mean?
