Ladies: How and when can women produce milk ?

how and when can women produce milk? Have your partner ever drank your milk ? OR if your partner wanna drink ur milk out of love will u allow him to do so ? If ur partnehas become weak due to some reason and u want to make him healthy then will u allow/suggest him to drink ur milk ?
