Hey dodge man, how does one unhook the clutch safety switch ?

i have a '03 dakota 5 spd, and it has the safety switch on the clutch where it won't start unless the clutch pedal is mashed down, but my left ankle is very weak and it is almost more than i can do to mash the clutch down far enough to start the motor. how do i bypass the switch ?? thanks for your help
