Excel formula question?

I have to enter time worked on projects for work, and I want to be able to just enter my time (ex. 5:30 - 5:54) and have the resulted increments put in the next column (ex. 0.4). We work in 6 minute increments, as you can tell by my examples. Please help on what formula I can use. Thanks!
